Atlantis Submarines Barbados Earns 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
Honored as a Top Performing Attraction as Reviewed by Travelers on the
World’s Largest Travel Site
Bridgetown/Barbados –21st May 2013 – Atlantis Submarines Barbados – a unique attraction offering underwater tours in a real submarine today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
“The team here at Atlantis Submarines Barbados has worked hard to improve our scores over last year. We review the comments as soon as received and more importantly actively encourage our guests to give their feedback” said Roseanne Myers, General Manager. “Every time I receive the alert for a new review it creates excitement and fear as some customers can be brutal in their feedback but the not so good comments only serve to make us better so we are pleased that the overall result has been positive”.
